Test equipment from the 2000s

In the 2000s, color LCDs replaced CRTs, Ethernet arrived on bench instruments, and the LXI standard for LAN-controlled instruments followed in 2005. Portable digital scopes could run from battery packs, and many features came as plug-in modules or software options. That makes the listing details matter. Check which options and modules are actually fitted, whether the battery pack is there, and which firmware it runs. Later models swapped floppy drives for USB storage.
